After graduating from JHS, I entered JSU and received an undergraduate and graduate degree in Political Science. Thus going to work for the Lt. Governor of Alabama and then serving in the cabinet of Governor James E. Folsom as Legislative Liaison to the Alabama State Senate. After four years in Montgomery I was appointed as Commissioner of Licenses for Calhoun County and elected to that same office in 1998. It was good to be back home. Recently I was elected President of the Association of Alabama Tax Administrators and am engaged to be married to Ms. Jamey Lloyd of Anniston.
